Resource Coordinator

Your Role

  • Manage day‑to‑day staffing operations including demand updates, supply forecasting, allocation tagging, and holiday bookings in GTD.
  • Maintain accurate resourcing data for multiple workspaces and ensure timely updates for onshore UK Resource Managers.
  • Generate and publish key staffing reports such as open demand, exception reports, workload, tags, and headcount reports.
  • Support UK stakeholders by addressing allocation challenges, sharing status updates, and highlighting exceptions requiring action.
  • Ensure data accuracy across all staffing dashboards and contribute to smooth resourcing operations through logical and analytical problem‑solving.

Your Profile

  • Strong experience in resource management or staffing coordination within an IT services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage onshore (UK) stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with strong attention to detail and reporting capability.
  • Logical, analytical mindset with the ability to manage data accuracy, exceptions, and time‑sensitive updates.
  • Experience with GTD or similar Resource Management Systems (RMS/WFM tools) and understanding of staffing processes.
