Your Profile
Solution Design & Architecture
Design and ensure scalable, maintainable RPA architectures using Automation Anywhere A360. Develop both high-level and detailed solution designs, including technical blueprints and roadmaps for bot architecture.
Business Process Analysis
Collaborate with process owners and analysts to identify automation opportunities, evaluate feasibility, and perform ROI assessments. Recommend efficient, end-to-end automation strategies.
Development & Deployment Oversight
Lead development efforts, ensure adherence to coding standards, and integrate RPA with OCR, AI/ML, APIs, and external systems. Oversee the full lifecycle: bot development, testing, deployment, and support.
Governance & Best Practices
Define and enforce error handling, logging, auditing, security, and compliance frameworks. Maintain technical documentation including Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and architecture diagrams.
Performance Optimization & Integration
Monitor automation performance, optimize for efficiency and reliability, and integrate bots with enterprise systems for seamless data exchange. Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer
Mentor and guide development teams, enforce architectural discipline, and conduct training sessions on A360 best practices and industry trends. Emerging Technology Integration
Evaluate and incorporate advanced technologies like AI, OCR, document automation, and Generative AI to enhance automation capabilities. Technical Support & Production Support
Assist in hypercare during go-live, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure adherence to SLA standards.
Your Role
- Expert in Automation Anywhere A360 and modules like Document Automation and Enterprise Knowledge.
- Strong coding skills in languages like Python, Java, or C# for integrations and AI agent support.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), RAG architectures, OCR, and AI agent pipelines.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native services, API integrations, and MLOps.
- Strong systems knowledge: infrastructure, databases, enterprise integration patterns, and disaster recovery
- Ability to produce solution blueprints, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Proficient in performance tuning, optimization, and establishing monitoring frameworks
