Your Role

As a Performance & Analytics Engineer, you will work with global teams to deliver online performance monitoring solutions, support analytics software configuration, and apply thermodynamic and performance engineering knowledge to real‑world industrial equipment.

In this role, you will:

• Work on software configuration related to analytics and thermal performance.
• Apply operational knowledge during project execution.
• Provide technical support during data collection activities.
• Review engineering documents including P&IDs, PFDs, and design data, and provide feedback to project teams.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with strong academic performance.
• 2–4 years of experience in:
  • Plant operations
  • Performance or technical departments
  • Process engineering
  • Analytics software or performance software
• Master’s degree in Thermal Sciences preferred.
• Strong background in Oil & Gas and Power sectors with operational exposure.
• Sound understanding of rotating equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, pumps, etc.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Desired Characteristics

• 3–4 years of experience in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering roles.
• CAT‑II vibration certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics fundamentals.
• Experience with performance monitoring or anomaly detection software, condition monitoring, or online monitoring systems.
• Exposure to data analytics and empirical/non‑empirical modelling tools.
• Understanding of bearing vibration and behavior.
• Experience with auxiliary systems including lube oil systems, seal gas systems, etc.
• Thorough understanding of P&ID and PFD documentation.
• Knowledge of upstream and downstream Oil & Gas processes.
• Strong analytical and quality improvement skills.
• Ability to interface across multiple levels of the organization and maintain high ethical standards.
