M365 Architect

Your Role

• Lead and manage a portfolio of Messaging, O365, and Intune projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and successful closure.
• Oversee resource planning and allocation across multiple projects, ensuring effective utilization of technical teams and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, security, infrastructure, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and governance.
• Manage project financials, reporting, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and mentor project managers and engineers while driving continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

Your Profile

• Strong experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud transformation projects, preferably within Messaging, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Modern Workplace environments.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Demonstrated ability in resource management, capacity planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with experience coordinating cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and organizational skills with the ability to deliver complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
