Your Role

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 (O365) services, including Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange environments, ADFS, and Power Platform.
  • Manage Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), anti‑spam, anti‑malware, and DLP configurations to maintain a secure messaging environment.
  • Handle DNS management, Hybrid Email Routing, SMTP/app mail relay, and perform email tracking, backup & restore, and disaster recovery operations (single item, mailbox, server, site level).
  • Perform day‑to‑day administration of Exchange On‑Premises (Exchange Server Subscription Edition) including mailbox/database management, backups, and DR testing.
  • Configure and administer Power Platform environments: Power BI workspaces, on‑prem Power BI gateways, Power Apps environments, and Power Automate environments.
  • Monitor and maintain the health, reliability, and performance of Microsoft 365 services, addressing incidents, service requests, and escalation tickets (L3).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced Outlook issues, user account issues, and end‑to‑end email flow issues in hybrid architectures.

Your Profile

  • 4–9 years of total experience in Microsoft 365 administration
  • Microsoft Exchange On‑Prem & Exchange Online administration (mailbox management, database management, migrations, DR operations).
  • Microsoft 365 security features including ATP, EOP, DLP, and related compliance/security configurations.
  • Proven experience working in large-scale global environments with high availability and tight SLAs.
  • Excellent documentation capabilities for operational procedures, architectural designs, and technical runbooks.
