Your Role

  • Role Summary The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for end-to-end delivery ownership of enterprise application engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, financial control, and team leadership, with strong technical oversight in .NET and Microsoft Azure. 
  • Key Responsibilities  Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLA, KPI, quality, and compliance adherence. Act as primary client delivery contact and escalation point. Lead service reviews, risk & issue management, and continuous improvement. Provide technical oversight for .NET / .NET Core applications and Azure-based solutions. Ensure alignment with Capgemini architecture, security, and cloud standards. Own financial management: forecasting, cost control, utilization, and margin improvement. Lead and mentor multi-skill delivery teams in Agile environments.

   

Your Profile

  • Required Skills Technical Microsoft .NET / .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET Core) Web APIs, Microservices, SQL Server Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, CI/CD, DevOps)  Delivery & Leadership Strong stakeholder communication and escalation management Experience with delivery governance, Agile delivery, and SDLC Proven people and financial management capability.
  • Experience with enterprise application delivery Prior role as Delivery Manager / Technical Delivery Lead / Engagement Manager preferred
