Managed agile project workflows by creating, tracking, and updating tasks, user stories, sprints, and issue resolutions to ensure smooth team collaboration and timely delivery. Created and maintained project documentation, meeting notes, process guides, and knowledge-sharing pages to support team communication and project transparency. 

Your Profile

• Experienced in using Jira for agile project management, sprint planning, task tracking, and defect management.
• Skilled in creating and managing workflows, dashboards, reports, and user stories to improve team productivity and project visibility.
• Proficient in Confluence for creating project documentation, SOPs, meeting notes, and knowledge-base articles.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams using Jira and Confluence to streamline communication and project execution.
• Familiar with agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and documentation processes.
