Your Role

  • Provide L3 operational ownership for Microsoft Intune, acting as the highest escalation point for complex endpoint incidents and service-impacting issues.
  • Manage and optimize Intune device and application management across Windows, iOS, and Android, including Windows Autopilot provisioning and lifecycle operations.
  • Design, package, deploy, and troubleshoot Intune Win32 and enterprise applications, ensuring reliable detection, compliance, and remediation.
  • Implement and administer Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) through Intune, balancing security enforcement with end‑user productivity.
  • Use Intune reporting, Nexthink, and DEX analytics to proactively identify endpoint issues, improve device health, and enhance digital employee experience.
  • Drive root cause analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement, contributing to Intune runbooks, automation, change initiatives, and mentoring L2 support teams.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Endpoint Management, Intune, and Windows Autopilot in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Autopilot deployment models, Enrollment Status Page (ESP), device enrollment troubleshooting, and endpoint lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) or endpoint privileged access models.
  • Solid knowledge of application packaging and deployment (Win32/MSI), including detection logic, updates, and remediation in Intune.
  • Experience using Nexthink or DEX analytics platforms to monitor endpoint health, performance, and digital employee experience.
  • Strong background in ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management, with the ability to conduct deep technical troubleshooting, RCA, and long-term service stabilization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across endpoint, security, product, and operations teams.
