Your Role

  • Strong understanding of endpoint management concepts, including device provisioning, lifecycle management, software distribution, compliance, patching, and security for both physical and Cloud PC endpoints.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment, conditional access, and security baselines.
  • Expertise in Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning, manual provisioning requests, lifecycle management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, IAM attribute validation (e.g., country), and conditional access policies to prevent provisioning and authentication failures.
  • Experience in addressing high-volume incident loads (~100 incidents & 60 requests monthly) related to Intune, Windows 365, VPN (GlobalProtect), and device management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for connectivity issues, including VPN failures, Cloud PC region constraints, and quick remediation steps (VM restart, region migration, IAM attribute correction).

Your Profile

  • 6–12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune & Windows 365 (and optionally SCCM) solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in Cloud PC provisioning, Autopilot, device lifecycle management, Intune configuration, and co-management environments.
  • Experience with application deployment, patching, imaging, and policy-driven endpoint management.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting VPN, connectivity issues, and device configuration failures across Windows/Mac endpoints.
  • Experience managing endpoint security: compliance policies, antivirus, conditional access, and device health monitoring.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell automation for monitoring, reporting, provisioning, cleanup workflows, and proactive issue prevention.
