Your Role

The Insights & Analysis Manager is responsible for managing and delivering consumer and shopper insight assignments across research, analytics, typologies, demand spaces, journeys, trackers, brand health, shopper behaviour and foresight. Working under the direction of the Consumer & Shopper Insights Team Lead, the role converts business questions into structured analytical approaches, coordinates delivery across analysts, data teams and research partners, and translates evidence into clear recommendations for global, cluster and market stakeholders.

The role combines hands-on analysis with workstream management, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement and team coaching. It ensures that data, research outputs, dashboards and insight assets are accurate, compliant, well governed and reusable across category, brand, innovation, experience and activation decisions.

In this role you will play key role In

  • Consumer typology and demand-space analysis, validation and application.
  • Consumer and shopper journey analysis, behavioural drivers and unmet-needs identification.
  • Qualitative, quantitative, secondary and usability research delivery.
  • Consumer trackers, brand-equity diagnostics and launch-performance analysis.
  • Shopper behaviour, channel performance, point-of-sale and activation insights.
  • Trend monitoring, scenario analysis, foresight and whitespace discovery.
  • Data preparation, tagging, classification, quality checks and dashboard reporting.
  • Insight repositories, templates, toolkits, playbooks and version governance.
  • Research supplier coordination, fieldwork quality, budget tracking and delivery control.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Behavioural Science, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Science or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 7–9 years of experience across Consumer Insights, Shopper Insights, Market Research, Behavioural Analytics, Brand Tracking, Data and Analytics or Consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing insight or research workstreams and coordinating analysts, data teams or research suppliers.
  • Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, questionnaire development, research interpretation and insight storytelling.
  • Experience with consumer segmentation or typologies, journeys, brand health, shopper data or foresight is preferred.
  • Experience in global, multi-market or regulated consumer environments is preferred; tobacco or NGP experience is advantageous.
