Your Role
- Lead end‑to‑end Infrastructure Service Management, ensuring high service availability, performance, continuity, and user satisfaction.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across Network, Security, Cloud/Data Center, and Digital Workplace portfolios.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for major incidents, chronic issues, and critical service disruptions.
- Ensure all RUN services comply with ITIL best practices, SLAs, and operational KPIs while maintaining a secure and stable environment.
- Drive governance, major incident reviews, root‑cause elimination, and continuous service improvement initiatives across global operations.
Your Profile
- 15+ years of experience in infrastructure service delivery and service run operations within large, complex IT environments.
- Apply strong technical understanding to troubleshoot issues, drive root‑cause analysis, and guide teams toward effective resolution.
- Lead multiple infrastructure portfolios including Network, Security, Cloud, Data Centers, and Digital Workplace.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in ITIL processes across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Manage high‑pressure escalations, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver clear executive‑level service performance reporting with a customer‑first mindset.
