Graphic Designer | 3 Years To 5 Years | Kolkata

Your Role

This position will be located within  which is the Group-wide Marketing & Communications shared services organization providing a wide range of services including marketing, campaign management, social analytics, content creation, and creative design for the entire Capgemini Group.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs. You will use your expertise in design principles, typography, and layout to develop creative concepts and execute designs for various mediums, including digital and print. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, product development, and other departments, to ensure that visual designs align with overall business goals and objectives.

In this role you will play a key role in

• Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality visual designs for various mediums, including digital and print.
  
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their design needs and requirements.
  
  
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.
  
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and new technologies to improve your efficiency and productivity.
  
  
• Ensure that all visual designs are of high quality and adhere to design standards and guidelines.
  
  
• Maintain a high level of deliverables in accordance with directives from the stream lead or design lead.
  
  
• Introduce / leverage new formats in design like Infographic, iPDF and other digital designs.

Your Profile

• 3-6 years of design and branding.
• Experience working with advertising agencies or branding companies.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong understanding of design and art direction.
• Degree or diploma from a leading art or design institute or related field.
• Cross-cultural background.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of working in Adobe Creative Suite and other design softwares.
