Global GDC Controller

Job Description

• Strategize budget preparation activity and work closely with Global Delivery center CFO;s
• Monthly P & L analysis of all GDC’s and review the business trend
• Monthly reviews and forecast reviews of the GDC’s
• Ensure closing and reporting timelines of GDC’s are followed
• Work closely with all CFO;s to strategize the process transformation across all GDC’s including productivity improvements
• Develop Business insights and analytics for GDC’s and bench mark insights across GDC’ for Group CFO / COO reporting

Ideal Candidate

He/She/They will have 16+ years of experience in Finance Controlling

• Controlling, Forecasting and Reporting
• Data insights and Analytics
• Story telling for monthly reviews

• Experience on finance transformation / process transformation would be advantage

• Knowledge of BI / SAP / oracle ERP would be advantage

Qualification – CA / ICWA with relevant experience of the grade
