Contract Specialist - Procurement

Your Role

The candidate will be a “hands-on” lawyer as part of a global team and will advise on a wide variety of IT and commercial issues and transactions, varying greatly in nature, complexity and value including a wide range of global alliance and partnership agreements, reseller and ecosystem arrangements, inter‑company agreements and other contracts supporting Capgemini’s strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Your Profile

• Review and negotiation of contracts such as Global Master Procurement Agreements, Master Agreements, GenAI Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs) under global frameworks, inter‑company agreements, and other contracts related to strategic supply. This involves leading or supporting negotiations directly with global suppliers, partners, clients,  and their attorneys, and requires close interaction with the various departments of the company, including business, procurement, finance, delivery and other internal stakeholders for contract closure.
• Supporting procurement and business teams in structuring and negotiating global strategic procurement framework agreements, ensuring consistency and scalability across jurisdictions.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, Capgemini contracting guidelines and internal policies while supporting business.
• Provide support to legal team members from other jurisdictions, where required.
• Participation in trainings, knowledge-sharing initiatives, development related activities and other initiatives of the department.
