Chief Staff PMO

Your Role

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Partner with the executive to define strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Drive the execution of key organizational initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Monitor progress against goals, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to track business performance.
  • Support annual business planning, operating reviews, and organizational planning processes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with leadership teams, project managers, and business functions to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate communication and follow-up across departments.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to drive collaboration and execution.

Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Establish and maintain governance mechanisms for leadership meetings and business reviews.
  • Ensure timely preparation and distribution of executive communications and reports.
  • Support decision-making through data analysis and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, outsourcing, or related field.
  • 5–12 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Business Operations, Consulting, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, directors, vice presidents, or C-suite leaders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Excellent presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy, consulting, program management, or organizational transformation.
  • Familiarity with Agile, PMO, governance, and change management practices.
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.

For this role, the gross annual starting base salary is [X] [currency] (full-time).
