Checkpoint Firewall SME

Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Checkpoint SME with 6 – 12 Years of experience to join our team for Pan India location.

• Designed, implemented, and managed Check Point and Cisco Firewall solutions, ensuring secure and optimized network and application traffic flow.
• Led firewall application migration projects, including rule base assessment, migration planning, execution, testing, and post‑migration validation.
• Acted as a technical lead in troubleshooting and resolving complex network security incidents involving next‑generation firewalls.
• Defined and maintained network security architecture and best practices by aligning business requirements with information security standards.
• Planned, coordinated, and executed network delivery projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinated effectively with internal teams, external vendors, bank stakeholders, and global customers for seamless network delivery and issue resolution.
• Ensured all security implementations and changes complied with banking standards, processes, controls, and audit requirements.
• Prepared detailed security reports, documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover to support ongoing network operations.

Your Profile

• Network Security professional with strong hands‑on experience in Check Point and Cisco Firewalls, firewall migration, and enterprise security design.
• Proven expertise in web security technologies, ticketing tools, and security reporting, supporting operational and management requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, manage priority incidents, and remain composed under pressure, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with experience working in diverse, globally distributed teams; ITIL, Cisco CCNP / SNPA certified.
