Chartered Accountant (CA) - GL Accounting

Your role

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements (IND AS) and IFRS reporting, including notes to accounts, and support external audits and group consolidation requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with statutory, internal, and group auditors to ensure timely and smooth audit completion.
• Serve as the accounting and reporting SME, evaluating regulatory/accounting changes and implementing controls and processes for compliance.
• Oversee accounting operations and month-end close, ensuring accurate, timely recording of financial transactions and adherence to internal controls.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, analyze P&L and Balance Sheet variances, and prepare management presentations and performance dashboards.
• Drive process improvements and automation, resolve financial reporting queries, and support regulatory, banking, tax, and management information requirements.

Your profile

• Must be a Chartered Accountant
• Must be proficient in accounting standards both IndAS and IFRS and other regulatory requirements for financial reporting
• Must have organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Show initiative, be a self-starter, ability to work independently and at the same time also able to handle a team of qualified and semi-qualified Chartered Accountants
• Familiarity with databases and the ability to summarize large volume of excel data
