Your Role

  • Act as the primary business-facing IT partner for Global Time Management, aligning business needs with global GTM solution design across 39+ countries.
  • Lead requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, and change management while managing expectations and ensuring adherence to global standards.
  • Own functional design, solution integrity, and continuous improvement of the GTM SaaS platform, including integrations and country-specific variations.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery activities—design, documentation, testing, UAT, deployment, and go‑live support—ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Communicate solution options, risks, and recommendations clearly, facilitating decision-making and change adoption across diverse global stakeholders.

 

Your Profile

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Time & Absence solutions, HRIS/ERP deployments, or GTM-related roles.
  • Experience in Business Analysis (requirements, functional design, UAT leadership).
  • Experience in multinational organizations or large-scale SaaS deployments.
  • Fluency in English; French or other languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
