Business Analyst

Your Role

• Analyze internal IT processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend
• continuous improvements.Collaborate closely with IT teams to design and implement process enhancements
  aligned with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Identify, evaluate, and support automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery efficiency.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track KPIs, operational
  performance, and process outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating them into clear, actionable solutions.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role focused on IT operations, process improvement, or service enablement.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles; ITIL knowledge or certification is preferred.
• Solid reporting and data analysis skills, ideally with hands-on experience in tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
