Bid Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager / Proposal Manager to support end-to-end bid management, proposal development, response management, and pricing activities for Digital Customer Experience (DCX) opportunities. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Solution, Delivery, and Account teams to develop winning proposals, customer presentations, and sales pitches for global clients.
Your Role:
- Manage end-to-end bid and proposal processes, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proactive pursuits.
- Drive bid planning, bid/no-bid decisions, response integration, and submission management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, SMEs, and Account Teams to develop high-quality proposals.
- Support commercial and pricing discussions by coordinating with deal analysts and stakeholders.
- Create compelling customer presentations, sales pitches, and proposal collateral.
- Maintain proposal repositories, standard templates, boilerplate content, and rate cards.
- Track pursuit progress, provide status updates, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support the development of case studies, capability presentations, and market intelligence research.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, or Presales within a Tier-1 or Tier-2 IT Services organization.
- Strong understanding of proposal development, bid governance, and solution selling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with technical SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
- Exposure to Digital Experience, CRM, Commerce, Mobile, or Enterprise Technology solutions is preferred.
Preferred Technical Exposure: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Pega, B2B/B2C Commerce, Mobile Applications, Java, and Microsoft technologies.
