Job Description

• Responsibilities will include implementing security services in cloud-based programs based on pre-defined architectures, managing the security posture, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, performing threat modelling, implementing threat protection, and responding to security incident escalations
• Responsibilities for an Azure security engineer include managing the security posture, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, performing threat modeling, implementing threat protection, and responding to security incident escalations.
• Worked on remediating Azure security center recommendations..
• Worked on Monitoring and remediating ASC alerts.
• Worked on creating Log Analytics Workspace for the subscriptions that needs to be monitored effectively.
• Integrated Azure defender with Azure Security Center
• Created SOP's, KB's and Hardening checklists.
• Enforcing compliance and regulations across cloud environment.
• Created spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for daily, weekly and quarterly reporting.
• Monitored company’s inventory in order to integrate Azure cloud
• Assets to security solutions for more security and greater transparency.
• Participated in meetings and CIRT exercises to enhance required working relationships with the client and other teams.
• Knowledgeable on Azure security technologies and associated components and variations.
• Azure firewall, waf and network skills. Azure compliance and control policy .
• Incident Management and Response, created SNR’s and SIR’s to record the Incident
