Azure Active Directory Administrator

Your Role

  • Administer and support Active Directory (AD DS) environments, ensuring availability, security, and operational stability across enterprise customer landscapes.
  • Manage Active Directory users, groups, computers, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) in line with business and security requirements.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting activities related to directory services, authentication, and access management.
  • Perform account lifecycle management activities including Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML), user provisioning, deprovisioning, and permissions management.
  • Monitor Active Directory health, perform routine maintenance, cleanup activities, and support environment optimization.
  • Collaborate with IAM, Security, Workplace, and Infrastructure teams to resolve issues and support operational initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, follow runbooks, and ensure adherence to SLAs, change management processes, and operational procedures.

Your Profile

  • 6 -12 years of experience in Active Directory administration and support within enterprise or managed service environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Group Policy (GPO), and user/group administration.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, access control, and identity management principles.
  • Experience managing account lifecycle processes, access provisioning, permissions handling, and directory service operations.
  • Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Windows Server environments, and basic networking concepts.
  • Understanding of IT service management, incident management, change management, and operational support processes.
  • Exposure to Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid identity environments is preferred.
