Your Role

As an Artwork Planning Lead, you will manage and oversee multiple packaging artwork projects for leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) clients, driving end‑to‑end execution from design through print production. This role blends strong artwork project coordination with planning, stakeholder leadership, and delivery ownership across global teams.

  • You will work closely with Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure timely, high‑quality, and compliant artwork delivery.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead multiple packaging artwork projects from design development through print production.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal cross‑functional teams and external agencies, printers, and suppliers.
  • Define project plans, milestones, ownership, and delivery timelines to ensure on time execution.
  • Facilitate project governance including meetings, agendas, action tracking, and status reporting.
  • Track progress using project management tools and proactively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • Manage review and feedback cycles efficiently to minimize rework and iterations.Support artwork release management including documentation, approvals, and compliance checks.
  • Conduct impact assessments for updates, revisions, and new product introductions.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior coordinators and support continuous process improvement.

Your Profile

  • 5–12 years of experience in artwork management, packaging, or project management within a CPG or FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience managing end‑to‑end artwork development, print production, and digital asset workflows.
  • Strong understanding of packaging artwork processes, brand governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, Sourcing, and Supply Chain.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Working knowledge of artwork and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to effectively collaborate with creative teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven global environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working with global stakeholders.
