GIS Developer / ESRI Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled GIS Developer with strong expertise in ESRI technologies and web-based geospatial application development. This role combines GIS administration, custom application development, and integration of geospatial systems with third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer ESRI environments (ArcGIS Enterprise & Server) on Linux, including patching, upgrades, deployment, and user management
• Develop and maintain GIS web applications using Angular and ArcGIS JavaScript API
• Create custom geoprocessing tools and automation scripts using ArcPy and ArcGIS API for Python
• Design and develop integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., NOAA APIs, Windy API, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ESRI stack:

• ArcGIS Enterprise
• ArcGIS Server
• ArcGIS Desktop / ArcGIS Pro
• ArcObjects, ArcGIS Runtime, and associated APIs
• Web Application Development using Angular, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcPy

• Experience in publishing and consuming GIS services using ArcGIS Server
• Expertise in developing custom geoprocessing services
• Experience with Leaflet API for web mapping solutions
• Strong understanding of geospatial data models (vector & raster)
• Experience with spatial databases such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS or NoSQL systems
• Familiarity with raster data formats (NetCDF, GeoTIFF, multidimensional datasets)
