Apple & JAMF Administrator

Your Role

• Design, implement, and administer Apple device management environments using JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager (ABM) for enterprise-scale endpoint management.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize Apple device management solutions for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS platforms.
• Manage device enrolment, provisioning, compliance, application deployment, and policy execution across distributed enterprise environments.
• Configure configuration profiles, security policies, certificates, Wi-Fi, VPN, and device restrictions to ensure secure and efficient device management.
• Integrate JAMF Pro with Apple Business Manager and enterprise services to support automated device enrolment, lifecycle management, and compliance requirements.

Your Profile

• 4 to 9 years of experience in Apple endpoint management and enterprise mobility solutions using JAMF Pro.
• Expertise in administering and managing JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Apple Device Enrolment programs (DEP/ADE).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices, including enrolment, configuration profiles, and OS-related issues.
• Experience managing device compliance, patch management, OS updates, and application deployment across enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Bash/Zsh scripting and familiarity with automation, packaging, deployment processes, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Understanding of enterprise networking concepts including Wi-Fi, VPN, certificate-based authentication, proxy configurations, and firewall requirements impacting MDM solutions.
