Your Role

As a Senior Azure Engineer (SRE/DevOps), you will be responsible for building, operating, and optimizing cloud‑native platforms at scale on Microsoft Azure. You will focus on reliability, performance, security, cost optimization, and developer productivity for critical workloads

• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs, implement observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Prometheus/Grafana.
• Perform capacity planning, resiliency testing (failover/DR), and performance tuning.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, including secure deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling).
• Manage containerized workloads using AKS, including autoscaling, networking, and registry management (ACR).
• Implement security and governance using Azure Policy, RBAC, PIM, and compliance frameworks.
• Support incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and on-call operations in a rotational shift model.

Your Profile

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Azure, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Location: Mumbai / Pune
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts with on-call support.
• Strong hands-on expeience with Azure services including:

• • AKS, App Services, Functions, APIM
  • VNet/Peering, Private Link, Application Gateway/WAF, Front Door
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (preferred) or Bicep.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Proven SRE experience with SLI/SLO design, incident management, RCA, and performance engineering.
• Experience with observability tools including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in high-availability environments with 24x7 operational responsibility.
• Good communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
