AI Product Manager

Your Role

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven products and capabilities, from problem discovery and requirement definition through delivery and user adoption. Lead business requirement gathering and solution shaping by engaging with stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
• Convert business problems into clear, actionable product and functional requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with product objectives. Provide functional leadership to cross-functional delivery teams, including Business Analysts, developers, data scientists, and ML engineers.
• Guide and review the outputs of Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality documentation, traceability, and alignment with business intent. Act as the central point of collaboration between business, data, and technology teams, balancing priorities, constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Apply agile ways of working pragmatically to support incremental delivery and prioritization; formal scrum practices and ceremonies are leveraged where appropriate but not rigidly enforced. Translate AI and GenAI concepts into meaningful product features, including Large Language Model (LLM)–based solution, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches, Embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval

• Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards, working closely with data and architecture teams. Contribute to product roadmap definition, release planning, dependency management, and value realization tracking. Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making through clear articulation of trade-offs, risks, and outcomes

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles delivering enterprise technology solutions. Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design for complex business and technology initiatives. Proven leadership and coordination skills, with experience managing and influencing teams of Business Analysts and developers.
• Practical understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts, including how modern AI products are designed and delivered in production environments. Ability to work effectively across business, data, and engineering teams, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Awareness of Data Governance principles, including data quality, access control, lineage, and responsible use of data in AI solutions. Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Should be able to define and measure the value proposition of AI and ensure AI initiatives deliver ROI value. Exposure to enterprise Generative AI platforms, AI assistants, or internal analytics products.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies; certification is beneficial but not mandatory. Understanding AI ethics, model limitations, and responsible AI considerations. Experience engaging with senior leadership or CXO-level stakeholders
