Your Role

You will be part of Capgemini India and will be responsible for working with onshore marketing teams to –

• Update content on the client’s website(s)

• Audit and maintain these websites

• Advise local teams on questions related to the CMS 

• Create and update web pages for websites hosted on AEM through integration of text, images, documents and videos, in a timely manner, ensuring quality

• Perform quality checks and audits to identify and resolve website experience issues (typos, broken links, functionality errors, poor usability, etc.)

• Ensure that content publication follows governance principles and visual identity guidelines

• Support website rollouts • Coordinate product launch content processes

• Report platform issues and coordinate with relevant technical teams to get them resolved

• Onboard new and retraining existing users in the CMS and content management 

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2-4 years of working with AEM with 6.5

• Good understanding of content layout

• Basic understanding of natural and paid search, display and social media

• Understanding of web and social traffic

• 2-3 years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with good Excel and PowerPoint
