Job Title: Sitecore Architect

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Sitecore Architect to design and lead the implementation of Sitecore-based digital solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of business needs to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect Sitecore-based solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Lead development teams through the full software lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Define and enforce Sitecore best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to developers.
  • Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems such as Marketo, analytics platforms, and search engines.
  • Oversee Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sitecore development and architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of Sitecore XP/XM Cloud, JSS, and Headless architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, or Next.js.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Sitecore Certification (Developer or Architect) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure).
  • Understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker).
  • Exposure to privacy compliance tools (e.g., OneTrust).

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 145000- $ 150000 /yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
