Engagement Executive – Finance & Accounting Transformation
Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished executive to lead a large-scale Finance & Accounting transformation program for a major enterprise client in the consumer products sector. As the Engagement Executive, you will own the end-to-end success of a multi-year engagement, including client relationships, financial performance, contractual delivery, and strategic growth.
You will serve as the senior sponsor to client leadership, ensuring delivery against committed outcomes while continuously expanding value across the organization through innovation and transformation.
This is an onsite leadership role in Springdale, Arkansas and requires a consistent in-person presence with client executives and delivery teams.
Scope of Responsibility
You will oversee a comprehensive Finance & Accounting scope, including Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Billing, Cash Applications, Collections, Deductions, Payroll, Inventory Control, and Record-to-Report.
The engagement operates within a global delivery model of 150+ professionals across North America, India, and Central America. You will ensure seamless integration, alignment, and performance across all locations and functional towers.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
Act as the primary executive partner, building trusted relationships with senior finance and enterprise stakeholders. Provide strategic guidance and serve as the escalation point for critical matters.
Financial and Contract Accountability
Own the account P&L, driving margin performance, contractual compliance, and delivery of business case commitments. Lead commercial discussions, manage risks, and ensure disciplined execution.
Transformation and Innovation
Drive end-to-end transformation across the Finance & Accounting value chain, leading process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives focused on measurable outcomes.
Delivery Leadership
Lead a global leadership structure, ensuring accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all service lines and geographies.
Growth and Expansion
Identify opportunities to expand scope, introduce new capabilities, and deepen the partnership. Build a strategic roadmap to drive sustained account growth.
Executive Governance
Lead governance forums, including executive steering committees, delivering clear insights into operational, financial, and transformation performance.
Success Metrics
Success will be measured through SLA/KPI achievement, financial performance, transformation delivery, stakeholder confidence, and revenue growth.
Candidate Profile
15+ years of leadership experience in consulting, managed services, or business process environments with ownership of large, complex accounts. Proven track record managing P&L and delivering multi-year transformation programs.
Deep expertise in Finance & Accounting operations, strong executive presence, and the ability to lead global teams through layered leadership structures are essential. Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or supply chain-intensive industries is preferred.

Job Description - Grade Specific
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $107,580 - $321,175. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
