Are you looking to start or grow your career in HR? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Local Shared Services team as a Junior HR Processor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality HR support across a wide range of processes.
You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee requests, data updates, and documentation. Working closely with the HR Manager and wider team, you’ll help maintain service excellence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
Your role
HR Administration:
- Process employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and issue HR documentation.
Ticket Management:
- Respond to employee and manager queries via the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.
- Support ticket quality by following standard operating procedures and flagging inconsistencies.
Process Support:
- Assist with routine audits and compliance checks across HR processes.
- Help update and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and templates.
- Support the implementation of new or updated HR processes and systems.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and the GSS team in India to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing and improvement initiatives.
Systems & Reporting:
- Use HRIS tools to manage employee data and generate reports.
- Support data collection and analysis for HR metrics and dashboards.

Your skills and experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Entry-level HR experience or relevant administrative background.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and UK employment practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Skills:
- Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Collaborative approach and willingness to support others.
