Your Role

• Develop, maintain, and optimize end‑to‑end software solutions using .NET/.NET Core, C#, MVC, Web API, and React.
• Apply engineering best practices, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving to build scalable, high‑quality applications.
• Design and implement microservices, patterns, and practices with strong hands‑on expertise.
• Work on SQL, LINQ, Entity Framework, and Azure PaaS services such as Service Bus.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure high coding standards through reviews and technical guidance.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Good to have: Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Docker/containerization fundamentals.
• Demonstrate proactive ownership, strong fundamentals, and leadership in both backend and frontend development.

Aware of profitability needs and may manage costs for specific projectorwork area. Explains difficult concepts to a variety of audiences to ensure meaning is understood. Motivates other team members and creates informal networks with key contacts outside own area.
