SAP SF EC

Your Role

• Lead and deliver end‑to‑end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central—from requirement gathering and planning to configuration, testing, and go‑live.
• Configure MDF objects, Foundation Objects, business rules, workflows, data models, picklists, RBP, and instance sync activities.
• Manage testing cycles including scenario creation, script execution, defect tracking, and cutover planning.
• Collaborate with clients and functional teams to define solution design using the Configuration Workbook and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Work across EC sub‑modules including Position Management, Global Assignments, Time‑Off, Timesheet, Reporting, and Benefits.
• Ensure seamless EC integration with other SuccessFactors Talent modules and support post‑implementation activities.

Your Profile

• 4–16 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Certified in SAP SF Employee Central with multiple end‑to‑end EC implementations.
• Strong hands‑on experience in MDF, Foundation Objects, business rules, workflows, RBPs, picklists, and data models.
• Expertise in Position Management, Global Assignment, Time‑Off, Timesheet, Reporting, and Benefits.
• Deep understanding of EC integration with other SuccessFactors Talent modules and release management.
• Skilled in client interaction, requirement analysis, testing, cutover, and solution documentation via Design/Config Workbooks.
