Your Role

    • Configure, implement, and support SAP FICA/RMCA solutions tailored to business and utility industry requirements.
    • Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver scalable SAP solutions to improve operational efficiency.
    • Manage integrations between SAP FICA, IS-U, FI, CO, and external systems, including data migration activities.
    • Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system stability and compliance.
    • Prepare functional documentation, conduct user training, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support project delivery activities.

Your Profile

    • 4–10 years of experience as an SAP FICA/RMCA Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP FICA, IS-U, S/4HANA, and Financial Contract Accounting processes.
    • Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICA configuration, implementation, support, system integration, and data migration.
    • Experienced in integrating SAP FICA with IS-U, FI, CO, and other SAP modules to support end-to-end business processes.
    • Proven track record in large-scale implementations, international projects, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
    • Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
