Primary Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP CCM implementation, configuration, and support within SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
- Experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM) including contract creation, approval workflows, amendments, renewals, and expirations.
- Knowledge of clause library management, including standardizing contract clauses, version control, and ensuring compliance with legal and business policies.
- Hands-on experience in integrating SAP CCM with Procurement (MM), Sales (SD), and Finance (FI) for contract execution and financial tracking.
- Expertise in compliance management, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements in contracts.
- Experience with contract analytics and reporting, leveraging SAP tools for performance tracking, obligation management, and risk assessment.
- Ability to troubleshoot contract-related system issues, optimize workflows, and provide end-user training.
Secondary Skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba Contracts or other third-party contract management solutions.
- Understanding of SAP Workflow, Fiori apps, and automation tools for contract approvals and monitoring.
- Experience with document management systems (DMS) integration for centralized contract storage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for contract data analysis, reporting, and compliance audits.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, sales, and finance teams.
- Familiarity with AI-based contract analysis tools for risk identification and contract optimization.
