SAP Basis Lead

Your Role

  •  Design, implement, and manage SAP BASIS architecture for complex landscapes including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and Solution Manager.
  •   Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and scalability of SAP systems across on-premise and cloud environments.
  •   Lead system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects while adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
  •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and resolve critical issues.
  •   Establish and maintain robust security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures for SAP environments.

Your Profile

  • 9+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in SAP BASIS administration and architecture.
  • Expertise in SAP installations, upgrades, kernel patching, and performance optimization across multiple SAP products.
  • Strong knowledge of HANA database administration, OS/DB migrations, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP security concepts, transport management, and system monitoring tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead large-scale SAP projects independently.
