 Overall Utilization of Cloud & Automation Practice
• Monitoring the bench on daily basis for both the practices
• Performing Allocations/De-allocations inline to BU specific policies.
• Managing the compliance of higher-level utilization.
• Tracking and preparing and publishing the observations on utilization parameters for Cloud & Automation Practice.
• Deciding on the sourcing channels like staffing through internal resources, contracting, direct recruitment & campus hiring.
• Interfacing between the Delivery groups and all other service groups like, general HR-recruitment.
•Managing Bench Resources and Demands
• Maintain bench details with their resumes, action as per demands and get the resource billable ASAP, to keep the utilization on top always.
• Maintaining bench updated and demand fulfilment plan on daily basis.
• Counselling on Non-performing resources, keep track of it and take necessary actions when reqd.
• Sharing feedback on selection & rejection to bench associates
• Mapping of all demand against roll off path employee & bench associates
• Weekly connect on bench ageing with Associates
• Fulfilling the demands as per their need, if internal resource unavailable then ensure to get the resource form cross BU or through external hire with all required approvals.
