MS Dynamics Architect

Job Description

• Assist in identifying and creatively solving complex client problems, envisioning, and enabling critical processes, and fundamentally helping the client to achieve their objectives leveraging Dynamics capabilities.
• Act as a client discovery lead: learn the most important client challenges and needs and uncover those problems that are unspoken, and ultimately establish a proposed solution that will enable them to achieve their goals.
• Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and related platforms to address client requirements.
• Utilize a deep knowledge of financial processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration.
• Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Understanding of emerging Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data lake, DevOps, RSAT
• Working experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable
• Experience with Finance process design and leading practices, including demonstrated experience in process documentation / process improvement
• Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile (Scrum) and hybrid methodology approached

Our Ideal Candidate

• Having 15 years Microsoft D365 Finance (or equivalent) implementation experience demonstrating an ability to enhance and implement Dynamics 365 F&O for clients based on their business requirements across the full cycle of implementation
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering
• Demonstrated expertise in D365 Finance solution, or equivalent.
• Microsoft Dynamics D365 Functional Certifications highly desirable including:
• Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
• MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operation
