Lead Software Engineer

Your Role

  • Manage the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP S/4HANA systems across development, QA, and production landscapes.
  • Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management, kernel upgrades, and patching activities.
  • Handle SAP HANA database administration, backup/restore, system refreshes, and performance optimization.
  • Oversee user administration, authorization roles, SSL configuration, and secure system connectivity across environments.
  • Support integration with Fiori, SAP Gateway, Solution Manager, and other SAP components.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with infrastructure teams, and ensure high availability and system reliability.

Your Profile

  • 4–16 years of experience in SAP Basis & S/4HANA administration
  • Expert in SAP S/4HANA system installation, upgrades, migrations, and landscape management.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in HANA DB administration, backup/restore, performance tuning, and monitoring.
  • Skilled in transport management, client copies/system refreshes, kernel patches, and SAP Notes implementation.
  • Solid understanding of Fiori, SAP Gateway, Solution Manager, and authorization/user management.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Basis issues and collaborate effectively with infra, DB, and functional teams.
