Job Description
All the PMO Activities (Project Planning, Finance, Reporting, Admin &
Communication)
• Good knowledge on Project management, E- monitoring and finance.
• Coordinate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
• Engagement set up, code creation & mapping
• Follow up on Compliance for Delivery excellence standard
• Invoicing, Resoruce management, work units forecast update
• Review and anaylze actual and forecast figures, KPIs
• Ensure EM to complete financial and delivery reporting and status
Job Description - Grade Specific
• Status reporting, presentation, and facilitation
• Reconciliation of weekly, monthly Reports
• Operation coordination, follow-up should be able to carry our end to end PMO
activities.
• All Adhoc activities
