Your Role

Deal Structuring & Win Strategy
Shape deals from a commercial perspective to improve win probability, optimize pricing, and develop competitive commercial solutions aligned with internal benchmarks. -
Cost & Risk Review
Review cost models and RfX documents to identify risks, ensure compliance with internal policies, and validate pricing responses. -
Commercial Documentation
Draft end-to-end commercial responses including pricing sheets, contract markups, assumptions, and terms & conditions. -
Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with internal business units to establish MOUs/agreements and align on commercial terms with clients and subcontractors. -
Skills & Experience
Strong communication, financial acumen, deep understanding of commercial principles, and proven experience in contract negotiation within a pre-sales environment.
Your Profile
Roles & Responsibilities: The role involves improving win probability, deal shaping from a commercial perspective, helping arrive at the right price to win, internal benchmarking, and developing appropriate commercial solutions.
Review and Compliance: Responsibilities include reviewing cost modeling, Rfx documents to highlight risks, compliance with internal guidelines, and pricing sheet responses.
Commercial Negotiation: The role requires drafting end-to-end responses, including commercial responses such as contract markup, assumptions, and T&Cs, establishing MOUs/agreements with internal BUs, and comprehensive contract documents with clients and sub-contractors.
Required Skills: Essential skills include excellent communication, strong numeracy and understanding of finances, thorough understanding of key commercial principles, and significant contract and deal negotiation experience in a pre-sales environment
