Your Role

  • Lead design and implementation of Jira and Confluence solutions.
  • Align configurations with Agile, Scrum, and ITSM practices.
  • Integrate Atlassian tools with Bitbucket, Slack, ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and customize workflows.
  • Enhance tracking and documentation using automation, JQL, and marketplace apps.

Your Profile

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Jira & Confluence implementation and support experience.
  • Strong in Agile, project tracking, and knowledge management.
  • Skilled with workflows, custom fields, automation, and macros.
  • Experienced in client training and project delivery.
  • Excellent communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
