SAP Security & GRC Administrator

Your Role

• Manage major incidents and change activities related to SAP Security and GRC.
• Review, suggest, and recommend security-related changes to ensure compliance and robustness.
• Analyze root causes of security issues and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with project teams to define security approaches, prepare blueprints, and establish governance frameworks.
• Contribute to security policy formulation and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor for SAP Security best practices across platforms.

Your Profile

• 4 to 12 experience in SAP Security support for ABAP and GRC.
• Expertise in modern SAP applications such as SAP HANA, S/4HANA, Fiori, IDM, GRC Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Fraud Management.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Authorization concepts, user and role types, Roles/Activity Groups, and user administration across SAP platforms.
• Solid understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and compliance requirements.
• Ability to review and optimize security processes and controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in SAP security consulting, service delivery, or technical program management.
