Your Role

  • Install; configure; and upgrade PostgreSQL database servers.
  • Monitor database performance and optimize queries and indexing.
  • Implement and test backup and disaster recovery strategies.

Your Profile

  • Set up clustering, replication, and high-availability solutions.
  • Manage database instances, schemas, tables, indexes, and partitions.
  • Implement and monitor backup strategies using tools like pg_dump, pg_basebackup, or third-party solutions.
  • Optimize queries, indexes, and database parameters for better performance.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access control.
