Workday Technical Consultant

Your Role

We are looking for Workday Technical Certified professionals with strong hands‑on experience across Integrations, Reporting, Security, Payroll Technical, and Data Management. You will design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions for implementations, enhancements, and production support in global Workday environments.

  • Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using:
    • Workday Studio
    • Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting)
    • Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and interface failures
  • Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production issues
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions

 

Your Profile

  • Active or prior Workday Technical Certification in one or more areas:
    • Integrations / Workday Studio
    • Reporting
    • Security
    • Data Management / EIB
    • Payroll Technical
  • Strong hands‑on experience in at least one technical module, with working knowledge of others
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations and/or AMS engagements
  • Exposure to global Workday tenants and complex integration landscapes
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
