Your Role

We are hiring Workday‑certified Functional Consultants with strong hands‑on experience in Workday HCM to support implementation, enhancements, and production support for global clients/business units. We are looking for Modules (One or More) Core HCM, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Benefits.

 

  • Configure and support Workday Core HCM and assigned modules
  • Work on BPF, Security, Job Architecture, and Calculated Fields
  • Gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Support EIBs, reporting, testing, UAT, and deployments
  • Perform Workday release impact analysis and post‑go‑live support
  • Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Active or prior Workday certification in one or more HCM modules
  • Strong hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM
  • Deep knowledge of:
  • Business Process Framework (BPF)
  • Workday Security architecture
  • HCM data model and HR business processes
  • Experience in:
  • End-to-end implementations and/or AMS support
  • Global Workday environments
  • Excellent functional documentation and communication skills
