Your Role

  • Experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to ServiceNow SecOps SIR and ITSM processes.
  • Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from security and operational stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) processes, incident response lifecycle, and security governance.
  • Experienced in translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with CISO teams, security analysts, compliance teams, and technical delivery teams.

Your Profile

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and ServiceNow development teams to ensure successful SIR implementations.
  • Gather and formalize requirements related to security incident response workflows, playbooks, reporting, and automation.
  • Define functional specifications, process maps, use cases, and acceptance criteria for SecOps solutions.
  • Support integrations between ServiceNow SIR and security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Ensure process alignment with security policies, compliance requirements, and operational readiness standards.
