Your Role

  • Design and implement CMDB data models, CI classes, and relationships in ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain Discovery patterns and integrations to populate CMDB.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with CMDB policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define CI attributes, lifecycle states, and reconciliation rules.
  • Automate CMDB processes using ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripts.
  • Perform regular audits and health checks of CMDB data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB-related issues and incidents.
  • Document CMDB architecture, processes, and procedures.

Your Profile

  • 9 to 12 years of enterprise IT experience with advanced expertise in ServiceNow implementations, including design, configuration, and deployment of solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Configuration Management.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in developing, designing, configuring, and rolling out new application modules, workflows, and service catalog requests tailored to business needs.
