Your Role

  • Define and implement ServiceNow architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Design scalable and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Establish governance frameworks, coding standards, and integration guidelines.
  • Drive platform roadmap and ensure compliance with ServiceNow upgrade cycles.
  • Provide guidance to developers and administrators on complex implementations.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles.
  • Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs, MID servers, and web services.

Your Profile

  • 9+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and workflow design.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and MID server configurations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
