Your role
- Develop and maintain the SACM strategy, policies, and procedures aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets and configuration items, including identification, control, status accounting, and verification.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the CMDB and related repositories.
- Collaborate with Change, Incident, and Problem Management teams to ensure CI data supports operational processes.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliation of assets and configuration data.
- Provide reports and dashboards on asset utilization, configuration status, and compliance.
Your profile
- 6–9 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Configuration Management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework (ITIL v4 certification preferred).
- Experience with CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Ivanti).
- Knowledge of hardware/software lifecycle and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
